You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services as outlined on the Site. Payments for the Services are processed via a secure payment gateway, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETAS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM L.L.C, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

This Agreement is binding upon you and your successors, assigns, and legal representatives. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from ETAS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM L.L.C.

This Agreement is for the benefit of the parties involved and does not create any rights for third parties.
