 A valid passport issued by the Armenian government. It must have 6 months of validity from the date of entering the country of Sri Lanka.

 A valid international debit or credit card to make the payment of the Sri Lanka ETA fee. The fee is not refundable if in case the ETA gets denied or rejected due to any reason.

Procedure To Apply For The Sri Lanka Electronic Visa From Armenia?

Any Armenian traveler who wishes to travel to SRI LANKA can apply online. They have to fill in an application form for the ETA for Sri Lanka. The form asks about the basic details of the applicant like name, nationality, DOB, gender, contact info, email ID purpose of your travel, passport details, etc.

Once the ETA for Sri Lanka gets approved, it is sent directly to the registered EMAIL ID of the applicant. You can take the printout of the ETA and carry it along with you during your travel to the country.

At the Sri Lankan borders, a physical copy might be asked of the electronic visa and match the records with the digital one.

You might also be asked for proof of funds with you to take care of your selves and also proof of onward journey from Sri Lanka or a return ticket.

 

Visa On Arrival For Armenian Citizens For Sri Lanka ETA

Armenian travelers having ETA for Sri Lanka will be issued visas on arrival automatically.

You must have your passport with you, sufficient funds proof, a return or onward ticket, and a copy of ETA if asked. After all the verification the officer will grant you the visa on arrival using which you can enter Sri Lanka.

It is possible to apply for a visa on arrival without an ETA at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo only. This is not recommended as it means waiting in a different queue to fill out the paperwork and then joining the main queue to clear immigration.

But certainly, this process takes a lot of time, as travelers have to stand in queues and wait for long hours. It is better to apply online to save you from all the mess and tiring process.
